Our Organization

In its relatively brief history, CellMark has grown at a pace unmatched in the industry. Since its 1984 establishment, it has become one of the world’s foremost providers of supply chain services to the pulp and paper industry. Today, CellMark’s annual sales volume approaches 5 million tons.

CellMark’s core competence has always been proving continuously superior service to our global pulp and paper industry partners. We operate four specialized product divisions, each focusing on a basic product category. Two of these categories, Pulp and Recycling, are part of the paper-making process. The other two, Paper and Packaging, represent the output of that process.

CellMark now works with several other products. Our growing involvement in solid biofuels (in the form of woodchips and pellets) is managed by the Pulp division. The Packaging division works with starch and other additives. Moreover, Stockholm-based Sicutec handles our sales of pre-owned paper mill equipment and machinery.

The product divisions are represented and supported by CellMark’s global network of 47 offices in 20 countries — as well as a large number of representatives in other locales. Our sourcing activities extend to more than 60 countries, with sales in more than 120 markets. Further, the Group has about 520 employees in wholly owned subsidiaries.
