Exclusive Distribution Agreement Between Chengxing and CellMark Chemicals

There were several key components behind the success of the AnMar acquisition by CellMark Chemicals Division, one of which was the renewal of its 5-year exclusive distribution agreement with its long time supplier, Jiangyin Chengxing Phosphorous Chemicals Co., Ltd. to exclusively market and distribute food and pharmaceutical grades of DiCalcium Phosphate Products. We are pleased to announce the renewal of our exclusive distribution agreement. Chengxing is ranked number 137 on China’s list of top 500 Industrial Companies (2014 List) and is one of the largest, vertically integrated producers in the world for Phosphorous based products.
