checked-item-list\">\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"EN-US\">Nonprofit Status: Must be a registered nonprofit or non-governmental organization.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"EN-US\">Alignment with CellMark\u2019s Values: Should align with areas like sustainability, education, health, and community development.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"EN-US\">Operational History: Must have been operational for at least two years with a track record of impactful results.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"EN-US\">Transparency and Governance: Should have transparent accounting, clear governance, and adhere to ethical practices.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"EN-US\">The applying organization must have a revenue between $1 million and $5 million (USD).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"EN-US\">Innovative Approach: Preference for organizations using innovative solutions to address significant issues.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"EN-US\">Employee Nomination: Must be nominated by a CellMark employee, with one nomination allowed per employee per cycle.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"EN-US\">Documentation: Must provide proof of nonprofit status, financial statements, and annual reports.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>[vc_column_text
