Ernstr\u00f6m and CellMark have developed a strong relationship and there is a commercial and cultural fit between the two groups.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe rationale for a new partner goes beyond the purchase of shares from selling shareholders. The introduction of a new long term investor will provide fresh capital and also stability for the future. The commitment of such a high quality investor as Ernstr\u00f6m is an endorsement of CellMark and reflects the strength of our prospects.
