{"id":25699,"date":"2024-03-23T20:16:13","date_gmt":"2024-03-23T19:16:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cellmark.com\/?p=25699"},"modified":"2024-03-23T20:16:13","modified_gmt":"2024-03-23T19:16:13","slug":"cellmark-has-become-great-place-to-work-certified-again","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cellmark.com\/ja\/2024\/03\/23\/cellmark-has-become-great-place-to-work-certified-again\/","title":{"rendered":"CellMark has become Great Place to Work\u00ae certified \u2013 again!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left;\">We are pleased to announce that CellMark (once again!) has become\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greatplacetowork.com\/\">Great Place to Work\u00ae<\/a> certified.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The independent consulting firm Great Place to Work\u00ae has provided us with comprehensive employee opinion surveys in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2021, and 2023. These surveys have been a truly important tool for us to fully understand our strengths and development areas regarding our people\u2019s motivation, engagement, and well-being.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Our last survey in 2023 had an all-time high response rate of <strong>93 percent<\/strong>, and we reached a Trust Index<sup>\u00a9<\/sup>\u00a0of <strong>82 percent.<\/strong> This high Trust Index<sup>\u00a9<\/sup> means that a great deal of the workforce trusts the management, has pride in the work we are doing, and enjoys the camaraderie at CellMark.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">This is great information for us. Are we proud? Yes. But are we satisfied? Never! Although the results and the certifications confirm that we are on the right track on our journey, we will always strive to improve our people\u2019s experience of their workplace. A great workplace for us, is a place where you consistently reflect on the current situation and seek improvements.
