CellMark Cares,<\/a> the charity unit of CellMark, continues to make a difference for people worldwide. We encourage our employees to care and stay engaged by nominating non-profit organizations close to their hearts to which CellMark Cares can give financial support.<\/p>\n

And so did Sabine Borgst\u00e4dt, Vice President Finance Manager at CellMark Basic Materials.<\/a> <\/strong>Sabine knew Kaiserswerther Diakonie<\/a>, a social, welfare, and healthcare nonprofit organization in Germany and she<\/span>\u00a0had informed herself about their various projects, of which one of them was the Liddy D\u00f6rr Haus.<\/a><\/p>\n

The Liddy D\u00f6rr Haus takes care of underage refugees from different parts of the world and gives them protection, care, and a temporary home in Germany. This topic was particularly close to Sabine’s heart, and therefore, she nominated Kaiserswerther Diakonie<\/a>.<\/p>\n

“It’s great that there are so many lovely people in the Liddy D\u00f6rr House who take care of the young people and help them find their way in their new lives. Every year, we employees are allowed to propose projects from the communities in which CellMark is represented. We will only find out which projects will be selected and how much the donations will be when we receive confirmation from CellMark Cares from the USA. Here in D\u00fcsseldorf, the surprise was big and we were very happy to be able to support the Liddy D\u00f6rr House”,<\/em> Sabine says.<\/p>\n

Recently, CellMark received a heartfelt thank you from Dr. Holger Stiller<\/strong>,\u00a0Christine Taylor<\/strong>, and\u00a0Prof. Dr. Maximilian Werkm\u00fcller<\/strong>\u00a0on behalf of the\u00a0Board of the Kaiserswerther Diakonie:<\/strong><\/p>\n
