There is no doubt that almost all companies today want to be considered as “green”, “sustainable” and “environmentally friendly”. And that is, of course, something that we all should aim for in order to do less harm to our planet.
But, sometimes this kind of communication can be misleading, e.g. when it comes to the promotion of electronic services over paper-based communication.
