Chenming Group and CellMark enter a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement for the European Market

Chenming Group and CellMark AB signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement for the European Market, effective January 1, 2024, where Chenming has appointed CellMark as their exclusive distributor for Chenming products in Europe and the UK.

On October 20, the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement for the European market between Chenming Group and CellMark was held in Qingdao, marking that the cooperation between the two sides has entered a new stage and opened a new chapter. Mr. Johan Vallin, Executive Vice President of CellMark Packaging & Paper EMEA,  Ms. Diana Qiu, General Manager of CellMark Packaging & Paper China, Mr. Li Feng, Vice President and Marketing Director of Chenming Group, and Mr. Feng Tao, Deputy General Manager of overseas companies, attended the signing ceremony.

Chenming has in order to ensure the continuity and future growth of the business already built up, agreed to transfer the staff of its existing office in Germany to CellMark on January 1, 2024. Through this strategic partnership with CellMark, Chenming will increase its footprint in Europe with a clear growth strategy for the coming years.

Chenming and CellMark have in the past successfully worked together on many markets. This new agreement will further strengthen the working relationship between the two companies and form a platform for future success in Europe and the UK.
