Basic Chemicals at APLA 2019
Recently, Luz Dary Fonseca, Patricia Vandenberghe and Mauricio Ramirez from the Basic Chemicals Latin America Team attended the 39th APLA in Buenos Aires.
During these intensive days, the team had close to 30 successful meetings with several U.S, European, Latin and Russian suppliers who showed genuine interest to support the Basic Chemicals business in the region. They discussed new business opportunities with customers from Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Central America, and Uruguay.
The positive spirit at APLA, made the team strongly convinced of that 2020 will be a great year for Basic Chemicals Latin America and its customers and suppliers.

The Latin American Petrochemical and Chemical Association (APLA) is a non-profit organization founded in 1980 with the purpose of representing the Petrochemical and Chemical Industry of Latin America.
Since then, it brings together the main companies, chambers, and associations of the sector, becoming the right business platform to boost and promote business in the Chemical and Petrochemical Sector.
