CellMark has become Great Place to Work® certified!

Starting out this year 2022 strong, we are pleased to announce that we have become Great Place to Work® certified in Sweden!

CellMark has collaborated with the independent consulting firm Great Place to Work® for the past five years. In 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2021 they have provided us with comprehensive employee opinion surveys which have been a truly important tool for us to fully understand our strengths and development areas when it comes to our people’s motivation, engagement, and well-being.

Our last survey in 2021 had a response rate of 89 percent for the entire company worldwide and great result improvements in general. We reached a Trust Index^© of 82 percent and exceeded the certification criteria of a Trust Index^© above 70 percent. So far, we have earned a certification in Sweden and more countries will follow shortly.

Earning this certification confirms that we are on the right track on our journey towards an even greater place to work for all. We are pleased and proud – but not (never!) satisfied. We believe that a great workplace is a place where you always reflect on the current situation and seek improvements. We constantly strive to improve our people’s experience of their workplace and our work with development will forever continue.
