CellMark has become Great Place to Work® certified – again!

We are pleased to announce that CellMark (once again!) has become Great Place to Work® certified.

The independent consulting firm Great Place to Work® has provided us with comprehensive employee opinion surveys in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2021, and 2023. These surveys have been a truly important tool for us to fully understand our strengths and development areas regarding our people’s motivation, engagement, and well-being.

Our last survey in 2023 had an all-time high response rate of 93 percent, and we reached a Trust Index^© of 82 percent. This high Trust Index^© means that a great deal of the workforce trusts the management, has pride in the work we are doing, and enjoys the camaraderie at CellMark.

This is great information for us. Are we proud? Yes. But are we satisfied? Never! Although the results and the certifications confirm that we are on the right track on our journey, we will always strive to improve our people’s experience of their workplace. A great workplace for us, is a place where you consistently reflect on the current situation and seek improvements. This work will forever continue.
