Henrik Forsberg Schoultz appointed next CEO of CellMark
We are pleased to announce that the Board of Directors of CellMark Investment AB has appointed Henrik Forsberg Schoultz, 39, as the new President and Chief Executive Officer of CellMark. Henrik will assume his new role on April 1, 2025, succeeding Christer Simrén, who is retiring after successfully leading CellMark since 2018 and who has contributed significantly to the development of its core businesses around the globe.
Henrik Forsberg Schoultz has been a Board member at CellMark since 2017, developing a deep knowledge and appreciation of the company and its culture. Since 2017, he has held the position of the CEO of Neudi & C:o, a family-owned investment company based in Gothenburg and a core investor in CellMark, where he has driven strong profit growth and strategic development. Henrik brings extensive knowledge across diverse industries and solid financial experience, complemented by proven expertise in analytics, management, corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic business growth. Before joining Neudi, Henrik was an investment professional at Nordstjernan, a 135-year-old family-owned investment company, where he co-managed Etac Group and Bygghemma Group, and, earlier in his career, he worked for McKinsey & Company, where he focused on growth strategies.
In addition to his Board role at CellMark, Henrik serves as Chairman at Platzer and a board member at Ernströmgruppen and Apotea. Henrik holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden, with an exchange year at Georgia Tech’s MBA Program in Atlanta, Georgia.
Since its inception, CellMark has been majority-owned by its employees, with the support of Neudi & C:o, as a cornerstone minority investor since 2017. This relationship will remain unchanged after the CEO transition.
