CellMark enters into a joint venture agreement with EcoTech Management

We are pleased to announce that CellMark Recycling has entered into a joint venture agreeement with EcoTech Management, a company in Holbrook, New York, specializing in secure data destruction and the recycling of computers and other electronics.

Founded in 2012, EcoTech Management is a full-service electronics recycling company operating on nearly five acres in Holbrook. Its parent company, Crestwood Metal Corp, occupies an additional five acres for scrap metal recycling. Together, EcoTech Management and Crestwood Metal Corp span ten acres and employ over 100 people, bringing nearly 70 years of combined recycling experience and expertise.

In 2023, EcoTech acquired 4THBIN, a certified and secure e-recycling solution provider renowned for its strong brand in the industry. 4THBIN has been a premier solution for thousands of businesses, ranging from Fortune 100 companies to start-ups across the United States. With 4THBIN’s extensive experience in secure e-recycling and data destruction, EcoTech expanded its service offerings, ensuring the highest standards of sustainability and data security.

Through this new joint venture, CellMark and EcoTech Management, along with their premier brand 4THBIN, will continue to provide secure, compliant, and sustainable e-recycling services, now with an expanded reach, higher quality, and even greater impact.
